I use this feature on another accounts software package for another client. It would be very useful for when mistakes are made and need to be fixed. I need to re-do the VAT returns manually but there's no way to add this to Sage as the old returns...

When I first tried Accounting, I chose 'Not Registered' for my VAT scheme, but now that I need to set my VAT up properly, I get error messages because I've already entered transactions.Can you make it possible to switch easily?

We need the same ability to view payments for sales tax returns as we have for invoices. Even better would be if these payments could be edited to include penalties & interest, or payments for multiple periods.

Multiple times I have sent Vat Returns only to realise they have not sent and are still in draft. A submission receipt as you get in Sage 50 is required.

There should be a tax exemption option in each customers profile. So if a specific customer is PST exempt at the time of invoicing only GST will be applied automatically
