Customer would like to be able to report on Quotes and Estimates for cash flow purposes

There is no way to see what Category of VAT has been selected per transaction. Those categorised as NO VAT are not detailed int he VAT report, so you can't validate that these have not been categorised incorrectly

It would be useful to have an "attachment" feature for customers and suppliers so that credit application forms, insurance documents etc can be kept with their activity page.

It woud be very useful to have a way of getting sage to send monthly statements to all customers with outstanding balances, rather than having to go through all customers individually and selecting them in the customer contact record.

when you download this report only customer ref pulls through not our reference , there is no point it being there if you cant pull this through on report or have a facility to edit reports ?
