On list pages, you can only sort selected columns, which is a bit odd.
An example is that on the Customer List page you can sort by Postcode, but not by Credit Terms or Balance Due, which I would have thought would be the main columns you would want to sort!
Very odd, since it must be an easy thing to set up.
