That is strange, as we have always had a PDF viewer for attachments. I include a couple of screenshots below that show this. Could you let me know more about the attachment? Is it just a normal PDF with no form entry links, and also the size of the attachment? I am also using Chrome, would you mind trying on a Windows or Apple device to see if it's a Linux specific issue?
Best regards
Adrian

Thank you Adrian,
Just spotted the Attach files link :-)
Regarding your suggestion to use the "Print Preview" link - I'm not seeing that anywhere?
Here's a screenshot of the items I can see for a single purchase invoice.
As you can see, the "1 file" (an attached PDF) is visible, but when I click on this I just get the modal window as shown in the second screenshot.
Clicking on the PDF link opens a modal dialog (third screenshot).
Finally, clicking on "Open" just downloads the PDF, which I can then view in the desktop PDF viewer software.
Kind regards, Phil.

Attachments are not attached to the e-mail sent to clients as the invoice is... I made a test.
A client has to click on the link and sees in the e-mail, is then tarnsfered on SAGE website and then see the attachment. In order to have a copy, the client has to click on the link and the the file goes in the «downloads» folder. Wouls be a lot easier for the client to have the attachment attached to the e-mail with the invoice.
Feel free to e-mail me for more info

Hi,
Thank you for your additional feedback, it's really useful for us.
Could you please confirm how this is working for you if you use the 'Print Preview' link - they should open the invoice in a new browser tab, allowing you to preview the invoice, then directly from the browser choose to Save or Print.
Regarding uploading screenshots, you should see an 'Attach files' link just under the comment box, can you please let me know if you see this?
Thanks!

Hi,
This is under "great ideas delivered" - but doesn't seem to work? PDFs just appear as a link allowing you to download them as usual, but they are not displayed within the modal window that appears:
Context - I'm using Google Chrome, version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu Linux.
PS - Would be useful to be able to upload screenshots to this "Accounting Ideas" portal, so I can show you the problem :-)

Yes! I hate that it doesn't just open up a new tab in whatever browser you're using or just on the screen.
