If you have a contact with no name in Main Contact, or, as has been the case when I migrated my data from Sage 50 Accounts, when you raise an invoice you find that unless you have the words Main Contact in the contact details, Sage Business Cloud duplicates the business name on the first 2 lines of the invoice which looks unprofessional.
Also, I'd like to see first name and surname fields so we can sent a statement, invice, quote etc, and address the email informally if we choose.
