It would be very useful to be able to merge customer and vendor accounts together when you have entered two names the same by accident even if they have previous transactions in their account. (QuickBooks Online can do this) ;-)

Let me assure you that Sage doesn't care about this any more this year than they did when the suggestion was made in 2012. We are just wallets to them and we will see their "we're taking a look at this" message for the next decade while they laugh at us.
