More information on Audit Trail list

Full transaction list used to show far more detail, in particular the nominal account a transaction was posted to- this made spotting errors far easier. The Audit Trail list in Cloud Accounting is no substitute for this- please give us back the detail which is missing.

Codes available if you click on "detailed" rather than summary. I only found this out a few months ago.

AUdit trail doesn't show quotes etc (not even a summary of it), so unless the customers CC themselves on the email when they email the quote - they might lose it, especially if they delete it by mistake. An audit trail, as the name states, should ...

Show Detail/description column text in Audit trail / bank nominal on screen and export file. Merged

The details entered in Sage are not shown on screen or pdf on audit trail and bank . This is not useful, and time wasting having to click on transactions just to check what they were. There is no option to add this column to the screen either.

VAT rate shown on audit trail report Merged

It would be really useful to see the VAT rate used on the individual transactions rather than just the VAT amount. That way you would be able to see if the transactions had been correctly categorised as Standard, Exempt, Zero or outside the scope

Add a column to show the VAT rate on the Audit report Merged

Displaying the VAT rate on the audit report allows me to scan down all the transactions I have entered in the month and check that I have applied the correct rate - this was on the transaction list in Sage 50
