VAT Invoice to Overseas Customer when Work/Service provided in UK

When you set up an overseas customer for whom you have provided services or done work in the UK, SageOne zero rates the sales. This is not correct, there should be a facility to over-ride this so that the VAT should be charged at 20% if need be.
