It would be extremely helpful if the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man were added to the list. We push our data to Sage and are unable to push any invoices to these territories which means making a host of manual adjustments to customer records. Your help team always say that we should just put United Kingdom to any invoices issued to customers in these areas. However, this is not accurate, affects our VAT and shipping and offends the customer. The Isle of Man is a self-governing British Crown Dependency - as are Jersey and Guernsey in the Channel Islands - with its own parliament, government and laws. Is there any reason they are not included?
