We would love to be able to convert estimates to quotes, then quotes to invoices. We typically provide estimates before having final details, followed by quotes for the accurate price, we do not convert to invoices unless the customer decides to move forward with the quote.
it would be great to process quote - order- delivery - invoice so a full process is in place, and you could report on predicted and ongoing values, but I feel as sage is an accounting tool it would not have full SOP facilities within and you would need a full stock management system in place to make it really work
