We require an annual payment and deduction statement for CIS subcontractors. Currently we only have available monthly subcontractors payment and deduction statement.
Thanks for submitting your idea. The CIS payment and deduction statements are generated alongside the monthly return and so the report is available for each month. We love this idea to run this report for a custom date range or for a whole year!
In the meantime, you could take the 'Detailed Report.csv' from each month in the year, and total these up in excel. Alternatively, you could run the 'Detailed Nominal Activity' report for the ledger account 'CIS Tax Asset Realised' ledger account, which will show each transaction for which CIS has been withheld. You can run this report for the entire year to see all of the activity, but just a note that it doesn't separate out labour and materials in this report.

Could this be made so that one can search for each individual subcontractor and send a yearly report to each subcontractor?
