Some of our customers are entered into an invoice finance agreement and for them we need the Factoring company bank details and their custom terms message to appear on the invoices. Currently we have to manually adjust the template to remove our bank details and put the factor's details every time before invoicing a customer, which is very time consuming. It would be useful to have a separate invoice template for the customers entered into the invoice finance. This was possible in our Sage 50 Essentials and we didn't expect this to become a major problem when we switched over to the online version. This could be fixed by a setting in customers records also (adding a tick for "show our bank details on invoice" and adding an extra field for the Factoring/Invoice finance details) or something automatic for all customers in factoring agreement that can be "ticked" in customer record.
