When reviewing the Incoming Bank Transactions and actioning them by creating a transaction off the feed, the Sage balance at the top right doesn’t automatically update itself. Refreshing the browser then brings the correct balance but when another transaction is created sometimes, it reverts back to the original balance when the page was accessed. This used to work previously but someone must’ve changed something and is not auto updating. It makes it very hard to teach my client to reconcile the bank to the bank statements.
