Similar to when adding new items/codes, I would love to be able to have the information I input onto the CSV file override the already existing information on the Sage system. (cost,prices, suppliers, item info)
This would make price updates SO much faster, especially with the current climate where almost all existing items are changing in price almost weekly.

How is this not a thing yet?! We've got a raw materials price increase, meaning all our products are increasing in price by a set percentage, and yet I have to go into each one, one by one, to make the change. To top it off, loads of products are all priced the same to begin with.

I imagine this should be as easy as the system detecting the item codes, if they are the same then the information in the following rows are to override previous existing items on the corresponding codes.
If there's a worry for accidental changes or mishaps, you can always have a warning before the file is uploaded saying that 'codes in the CSV file are already in use (products & services), are you sure you want to override these codes with this CSV file?'
