It is not possible to create a payment as other payment in a currency account to allocate to bank charges. In speaking to support desk the only option currently available is to make the bank a supplier account, create an invoice each month for bank charges and then pay it. It would be great to just be able to make it an other payment as for uk accounts

I agree. I just ran into the same issue.
I just need to record a bank charge on a Sterling account. Tells me it's not possible and I have to issue an invoice? Any time I get paid into the account, the bank will charge a fee. Each time I will have to go and issue an invoice for this.
What is the reasoning behind not being able to make a bank charge on a foreign currency account?
