Recurring invoices to be able to select automatic month or period you are invoicing shown in description line by a dropdown box (On New)

As I am new to Sage I have lost the ability to Insert an automatic date option on recurring invoices description line when making from New Recurring Invoice. but not given the ability to tell the client for which month or period

Included in the sage desktop was the ability to process the recurring sales invoices at an earlier date but still have the invoice date correct on the invoice. Please can we get this included on the online version of sage as this was extremely use...
