As a catering company we have to make a lot of changes leading up to an event, as such once a customer has paid a deposit by Stripe we are then unable to edit the invoice as we can't unallocate the Stripe payment. We then need to do a new invoice/credit for difference and send a statement to show full amount due. The customer then has to make two separate card payments which is all very messy, would really help to have a pay it now button on the statement
