Multi-company (via drop down) - when accessing a cmpany, Sage send statements/invoices from the login email and not the company

I need Sage to recify a problem where when I log in and switch to another company I administer, and send an invoice, statement etc, Sage sends it from the email address used to login rather than the company I am accessing, so I have to log out and log in to that company to ensure it uses the correct email address
