Your competitors offer OCR integration for receipt capture within the price of their accounting software. I have checked today with your support desk and you have nothing to offer me, therefore I have to go elsewhere and pay an additional fee to get this service. Most businesses are trying to go paperless as much as is possible but Sage is letting us down by not having OCR integration software available with our current software. It's very nearly 2022......come on Sage!
