I agree with this. Rather than Sage constantly updating its font design as if that serves any purpose. It would be much more benefical if they would actually produce the facilities that their customers are asking for! Please provide a paid invoice option that we can send to our client when receive payment!!!!

I create an Invoice to the customer. The customer pay for their invoice and I am not able to send a receipt of the payment made.

It is the customer's right to have a receipt of payment made.

How come Sage doesn't offer this basic option to send receipt for a product/service that has been paid for?

This is a very simple and basic tool that the Sage system should offer without any hesitation.

I was using Xero, and Xero allow me to do this. I am serious thinking and back to Xero because of that.

This is a simple operation, and it is very sad that Sage is not able to provide it.
