We would like to invoice part of a quote for works that are very costly and time consuming, with the remaining un-invoiced element of the quote remaining available for the second invoice. example Quote for £10,000 - works paused due to external factors, we'd be able to invoice £7,500 with the remaining £2,500 being invoiced in the future when the job is complete

I have been searching high and low for this feature, we always take deposits on quotes so this feature is actually a must for us! Having just moved over from Quickbooks to Sage, I really hope someone sees this and incorporates it, really don't want to have to move back over to them if we can avoid it!

Totally agree with this, and is something I would use on 80% of my jobs. At the moment I'm having to create a separate invoice outside of the original quotation, which is making jobs more complicated to keep a track on.
