Ability to add a Budget for a Financial Year aginst Revenue, Direct Cost and Overhead and report on it Merged

Ability to a Budget for a Financial Year for Revenue, Direct Cost and Overhead and report on it.

We can then monitor actuals against budgets. Currently we have to do this outside the systems. We are currently looking at Zero as it has the ability to do this, but would prefer to remain with Sage

    Much needed!! Quickbooks Online and Xero both have this, and it's strong incentive to switch over because reporting budget vs actual is absolutely vital. I'm currently having to use Excel which wastes so much time combining actual exports vs excel budget.

    I find it difficult to beleive that Sage Cloud accounting does not have a Budget feature

    This would be really helpful and would mean we do not have to run separate spreadsheets for budgets, actuals and variances etc

    Same here. I always used this function of budget in other version of SAGE. Would really appreciate same in cloud version.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting your idea.

    You can't currently set a budget amount but you can use analysis types to allow you to filter your Profit and Loss report to show only some transactions. See more here.
