Attachments on sales invoices

I'd like to add an attachment to a sales invoice, then send both the invoice and the attachment to the customer (We have to send time sheets with our invoices.)
Alternatively, I might just want to attach a document but choose not to send it - just keep it as a record.

Thanks Jaime. Can I suggest the attachments be included in the e-mail just as the invoice is?

Hi Luc, In the email select the blue button in the email body that says "View Invoice", the attachments are within the invoice . There are not in the traditional location of an email attachment, but in the hosted invoice.

    Thanks for testing!

I tested the functionality. I can attach files to an invoice but they do not attach to the e-mail sent to the client afterwards.

Thank you all for your great idea requests. I am happy to report that today attachments has gone live in product. You can now add attachments to sales invoices, sales credit notes, quote and estimates. You also have the ability to select which attachments are visible to your customers. For more information on attachments : Help Link.

    Thank you,

Great idea to be able to attach a document or picture to invoice for customers use, not just for the user. Adding certificates etc.
