The standard format of Company/Amount/Quote Number isn't sufficient for one end customer.
I have an end customer asking for the Property Address that we enter in the REFERENCE field to be on the email subject line as they can then search for the quote much easier.
Seems a logical request to me & I'm surprised that something like this cane be personalised the same as the text in the body of the email.

So odd that more people have not voted for this... I note that there are 4 seperate threads that all relate to this; totally 18 votes. The customer service representative said it would be an easy fix, but couldnt tell me how many votes it would take for Sage to prioritise this.
