I currently utilize "Payroll Cheque Run" for our biweekly payroll of 76 employees. When the posting is made to the General Ledger it posts 1 entry for EACH employee; instead of a BATCH total. Because confidential payroll information is visible in the general ledger by employee it restricts access to the g/l to only those authorized to view payroll information; which is extremely limiting.
