We are receiving requests from suppliers and customers to send invoices etc. to e-mail addresses that are containing characters for example invoicea&p@payme.com or pay%accounts@payme.co.uk. Sage will not accept these as valid e-mails. This means that we have to have an external record of e-mail addresses andthen edit an e-mail before sending. This increases time spent when we should be saving time by using Sage.
