It would be really helpful if you could add in any Customer Contact details. I'd like to add in if they have an email address and if they are set to send statements by email. The salesman is great at adding new email addresses but terrible at changing the statement part.
It would also make chasing bad debtors easier as you could have their details displayed instead of going into their account.
