Our quotes and invoices have a logical progression in the way items are entered. Sometimes a customer requests an additional item to be included and we currently have to add it at the end, or delete all the rows which should be below it, add it and then re-enter all the original rows again. This is really time consuming. If we could just insert a row, that would make life a LOT easier.
