there are multiple "new ideas" that are the same problem. all with different headings. therefore we are voting for the same thing but it's split over many ideas. i.e the aged listing, monthly selection of grouping for aged report.

We will always merge ideas that are similar as this helps us recognise the most voted submissions. However, due to the nature of some requests and the little difference that are specified, it can sometimes mean that although ideas are similar, they cannot be grouped together. For example, we may develop a certain part of a request but not all of it.
Please be assured that when we review ideas, we take a deep look into each submission regardless of the votes/or merge status :)

Hi Carey - thanks for reaching out and apologies for the late response.
As new 'similar' ideas come in, we merge these with already existing requests so that the vote count is increased.
