It would be useful to be able to chose the Project # at the start of a Sales Invoice (and possibly a Vendor invoice) when there are multiple line items to be entered. It would save time and it would ensure every line has the entry.
But - it should be changeable if needed. ie: On the same Sales Invoice, Line 1, 2, & 4 belong to Project #1 but Line 3 belongs to Project #2
