Custom VAT Rates please! Merged

Need a custom VAT rate of 18.5% but Sage saying can't do this but to use Standard and manually change. You kidding! PLEASE can you allow custom rates to be set up and not just standard out of the box.

    If this isn't possible, will need to do a VAT reconciliation for true 18.5% and standard amounts because all show as standard on VAT report. Not ideal as this is wasting valuable time.
