Where a business is invoicing a Head office for a customer - with invoices relating to dozens of branches it is important to have the hosted invoice identified correctly immediately by accounts clerks.
Without the Customer name on the hosted invoice its a lengthy process to sift through these to ensure they are filed correctly.
