My clients only use the ex VAT value of my quote, & as the quote shows VAT I have had clients shop elsewhere as they understood the price to be in excess of what it should be. Removing the VAT value & just having the
ex VAT would be far better. At the moment I have to re-write the quote in MS Word otherwise I will loose the work.
