The VAT detailed report needs to be more compact so when printing, you are not printing vast amounts of pages. Maybe remove the VAT on purchases/sales line and add it as a column as nominal heading, maybe abbreviate the type column as well. Have heading shown at start of new page so easier to follow which section the report is in. The VAT rate could be abbreviated to the percentage used only
