Its really handy to be able to upload a scanned copy of a certificate and send with the invoice. However, nobody can seem to find the attacment without a phone call from me to explaine where to find it.
There are 2 ways to view an invoice from an email.
is to directly go to the PDF and down load the invoice which is what most people seem to do. If its done this way, it won't show the attachments.
Is to click on the blue banner in the middle of the email that reads 'View Invoice'. If using this option, it directs you to the invoice PDF and any attachments that have been added.
Therefore having 2 ways to view the invoice is very confusing if the customer goes straight to the PDF and not view invoice, the attachments won't be seen.
I have to make a note on the invoice on how to navigate around the sales invoice, email to find the document and it doesn't look professional.
If you take away the PDF on the email and just left 'View Invoice' It would be simple and work.
