I guess most bisinesses sell their products in whole number quantities. e.g. if selling 12 of an item it looks very amatuer on the invoice when it shows 12.00. I understand that many businesses will sell their products in less than whole numbers so I understand the need to offer less than whole number so it would need to be an option to change the default if required.
