I often get asked for a copy of the delivery note for the Payable to check the invoice we sent against what was delivered. At the moment, I have to go the invoice, click 'Print' which opens a new window, save it as a document, then go into Outlook and attach it. Being able to email a delivery note directly would be so much easier.
