Bank reconciliation Merged

Add the possibility to undo / adjust any bank reconciliation once marked as complete. This is very frustrating as it is actually... There most be a way to make adjustments !

    I can't see why a completed bank reconciliation can't be re-openned to make necessary adjustments to some transactions.
    This is a capacity that a "super user" can have access to and using is knowledge make any adjustments needed....
