Be able to report on just 'no vat' transactions Merged

It would help for reconciling VAT returns and to check everything that should be coded to a VAT code is.

Bank Payment VAT code Merged

When reconciling bank transactions that aren't matched they are most likely items that have No VAT or exempt. Is it possible to add something in bank settings that allows you to change it from Standard to No VAT for each transaction.
