I have experienced a handful of customers get frustrated during the password reset process because of the short period of time they have to create a temporary password. Once they fail to meet the time requirement the first time, it is as if the stress intensifies a little when trying again. I think it would be helpful to the customers if they had the option to view their password when entering it. This would alleviate stress and ensure certainty for customers when creating a new password.
