Inactive customers are excluded from statement runs but if they have scheduled monthly statements active then these continue to be sent.
It would be great if marking a customer as inactive blocked or deactvated these.
Yes. I believe that it is useless to send the statements because, a customer can only be inactivated if it has zero balance.
