QuickBooks has a feature that, when creating a sales invoice, in addition to invoice number field, reference field like for PO number etc, they have a Tracking Number/ID field, so you can type in the tracking ID for which the goods you are sending on that invoice can be tracked for quick reference in case a customer asks for proof of delivery, you can easily find the tracking ID.
As I work for a supply of construction goods company, it would be massively helpful to if we could have a designated field for Tracking numbers of deliveries by our couriers so that we can easily associate an invoice with a tracking ID and search for it in the search bar in Invoices, like you would if you typed an invoice number/customer name etc.
