Add a "sale complete" tick box in Quotes and Invoices

The way we work is, we quote a customer, they send payment for goods then we issue a vat invoice once we receive payment. it would be great to have a tick box in the quote area to enable me and my staff to know that the goods have been sent and the sale is therfore complete, it takes so long to keep scrolling up and down wondering if we have sent the goods or not. This would make things so much easier at a glance
