Only a couple of grids allow end-user to customize what is displayed (e.g., Sales Invoices). This is really useful so please apply this to all grids. Also as per my other suggestion for "grid persistence" allow the user to save their configuration so not have to repeat this endlessly to constantly remove/add columns to meet their useage needs.
