User has to scroll to bottom to hit the next-page button. Could you please put the paging controls at top also? And could you please make them bigger? And could you please provide pagination information?
Note - see DataTables.js for examples of what is considered "industry standard" (in fact why don't you dump your grids and use DataTables).
