The sage boffins must not be accountants or even use sage accounts because if they did they would realise that an accountant or customer may have several sage tabs open they are working on at the same time and may get distracted by a few phone calls and then when they go back to continue working, they find themselves logged out. This is beyond annoying and it happens to me all the time almost every day and I can't describe without swearing how frustrating it is. I know I am not the only one who experiences this and sage should give clients and accountants the option to stay logged in so they are not logged out after 20 to 30 minutes of inactivity. The people who design sage must be really out of touch to make this actually happen.
