We use the delivery address to list a. Vehicle type b. Registration Number and c. Employer name. Each "invoice" is made up of three "invoices" 1. to the insurer (less vat and excess) 2. To the employer (VAT) 3. To the driver (excess). As such it would be much easier for me to copy the first invoice to the insurer and select a new customer name BUT LEAVE the delivery address details as the original rather than default back to same as invoice address and then to copy the second invoice and change the customer name to the name od the driver for the excess payment. This would mean I only had to enter the "delivery" address details once instead of three times. Samples of each of the three invoices are attached
