Rebill expenses to a client

When allocating purchase invoices to a project or a client it would very useful to be able to identify which have been rebilled and which have yet to be billed on. This is currently a manual hit and miss process and could certainly be made much easier and more efficient.

often missing purchase invoices from clients who I do the bookkeeping for so would be easier to download pending transactions and send to client quickly and easily so they can get the invoices I need and send them back via auto entry
