As the downloadable at the moment, example_import_customer_opening_balances.csv does not contain an Exchange Rate column the import for the multi-currency customers cannot be fully automated because the exchange rates for the opening transactions of the multi-currency customers have to be entered manually for every transaction after the import.
To my opinion, it would not be any problem for the developers to extend the example_import_customer_opening_balances.csv with an additional Exchange rate column as the exchange rates are available within the software for a manual entry in case of a multi-currency option.
For those users who have not opted for the muti-currency option this column can simply be left blank.
