The system does not tell you if the email has been sent
I currently have to send a copy of statement email to myself then save the email in a 'sent statements' folder in outlook. Would be great if Sage could include the statement on the customer record, similar to to Sage 50

How to know if your statements have been sent it by email, if chasing arrears and they claim that they have not a statement I cannot give them the date it was sent or any proof
